Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What is there to do at the Royal Ball and Pirate Cove?
A. There is a lot going on for you to enjoy! When you first arrive, you may want to start working your way through the crafts and activities set up throughout the gym. At 12:45 and 3:15 the Princesses, Princes, and Pirates will make a grand entrance. Some of the characters will be singing songs from their movies. There is a Royal Cafe to get a snack and drink. Characters will be available for pictures throughout the event.
Q. Can a parent drop their kids off and pick them up when it's over.
A. No. We are not set up to watch them. We would be liable for the kids and in a crowd of 250 people, that would be almost impossible. The children should be accompanied by an adult or a trusted babysitter.
Q. Do adults need to have a ticket to come?
A. Yes they do. We are limited to the amount of people allowed into the Activity Center by fire code. Adults will enjoy this event almost as much as their children. Tickets are the same for adults and youth.
Q. Is the Royal Ball appropriate for all ages?
A. Yes! The target audience is about 2-10, but all ages may enjoy the Ball
Q. Is the Activity Center handicap accessible?
A. Yes! And we will have a couple of greeters at the door to help operate the elevator to get our guests to the lower level safely. There are also handicap stalls in the restrooms.
Q. How long are tickets available?
A. Until they are sold out. It is possible that there will be tickets available at the door, but there are no guarantees and the price will go up to $15. We will try to get word out on the availability of tickets when we start to get close. Tickets will likely be sold out on the day of the Ball.
Q. How old does a child have to be to need a ticket?
A. One year and older will need a ticket to enter. Only one child under 1 is permitted with a paying adult.
Q. Can boys come too?
A. Absolutely! There will be activities and crafts that boys and girls will enjoy alike.
Q. Will there be food?
A. Yes. There will be kid-friendly snacks and drinks. However, a full meal is not provided.
Q. Is there a dress code?
A. Not necessarily. Most of the attendees enjoy dressing as their favorite character, but it is not necessary to have a great time.
Q. I don't make purchases online, can I still get tickets?
A. Absolutely! Please send a message to triforcemissionteam@gmail.com or call Carrie at 812-212-9477 to order your tickets. Tickets can be emailed or physically mailed to you once your cash or check is received.
Q. If I buy tickets and cannot make it last minute, can I get my money back?
A. Hopefully you will consider the cost a donation to the team understanding that we have already purchased supplies and food for the amount of attendees expected. However, if you are feeling unwell or have a fever, please contact us for a full refund and do not attend the Ball.
Q. What is the bad weather policy for this event?
A. Unless there is a level RED road advisory, we will not disappoint our little guests by canceling. Since all of our supplies are purchased based on the amount of tickets sold, we would hope that anyone who is unable to attend the event last minute would consider the ticket cost a donation to this fundraiser to cover the cost of supplies. We will have any updates posted here on the website if needed. Please pray that we have great weather so all of the little princes and princesses are able to have a safe and magical experience.
